Winemaking at Cellier Saint-Benoit is delicate, with pale-colored reds whose aromatics are beguiling across the range. The Ploussards are fully destemmed and have a delicate pale ruby hue that belies the dramatic crescendo of flavor that unfolds on the palate. Pinot Noir and Trousseau are 100% whole cluster and the Pinot Noir should impress any lover of Gevrey-Chambertin. The whites are built around an enlightened traditionalism that protects their "Jura" identity while also providing the precision that white Burgundy lovers demand. They are subtly oxidative in style, but with bright acidities. The entire range below comes strongly recommended by myself and our team. There is little to no online availability and very little was released to the US (Thatcher's Wines was the only other importer I am aware of). This leaves our clientele with the opportunity to be one of the rare US collectors who will have these in their cellar. - BRANDON KERNE, MASTER SOMMELIER

94 Points, Nicholas Greinacher of Vinous: "The gorgeous 2022 Savagnin Arbois Pupillin Naturé Le Grapiot totals only 751 bottles. Bruised apple, cumin spice, crushed flowers and a dash of chamomile are all pushed forward. Boasting vivid inner energy, the 2022 remains remarkably elegant despite the 14.5% alcohol and elevated flavor concentration. On the tidy finish, the 2022 Le Grapiot brings it home with ample freshness. Bravo!"
